This section will serve to inform you of information & directives pertaining to the parish & the Archdiocese.

The current directive refers to the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (S.A.R.S) epidemic that broke out in Guangdong Province of the People's Republic of China in Mid November 2002.

As of 20th April 2003, the Archdiocese of Kuala Lumpur has issued the following directives:

1. Keep all Holy Water receptacles at the entrance of the Church clear & dry.
2. No Holding of hands during the 'Our Father' prayer
3. Express the 'Sign of Peace' by bowing your heads towards each other; instead of shaking hands
4. Holy Communion is to be given on the hand only

20th June 2003 - We are appealing to members of our Parish who have old photos of the Church Building from yesteryears:

• Charvet Hall,
• Bible Hall,
• the old Sanctuary that had wooden panels as its backdrop,
• the Sanctuary prior to the removal of the railings and
• the Church prior to the widening of the wings.

These photos will be useful in enhancing both the 40th Anniversary / Wisma Fatima Opening Ceremony Souvenir booklet, as well as this website. Please be rest assured that we require these photos for no more than 2 weeks and they will be returned to you. Please pass any photos that you have to Our Parish Pastor.
